Kalimaya Dive Resort

The Resort have 10 bungalows, with a maximum occupancy of 20 guests. In total, the resort offer 6 double bungalows and 4 twin rooms (which can also be converted to doubles). Kalimaya Dive Resort is perfect for groups, dive clubs, couples, honeymooners, families, and single travellers.

There is  a lovely local village to visit; otherwise, the resort is centred upon water-based adventures and relaxation

No, there is not, as strict Muslim local law does not allow us a license to sell alcohol. However, guests may bring their own alcohol to the resort at no corkage fee. Bali domestic airport offers a duty-free shop selling a range of liquor and wine past the security checkpoint, and there are no limits as to how many bottles one can take on a domestic flight.

Around 50 NM – At Kalimaya Dive Resort, the resort are lucky enough to have a fantastic relationship with the ‘secret’ rangers of West Komodo. A private viewing of the uncaged Komodo Dragons is available for an additional fee which is non-commissionable, sorry, as this expense is paid directly to the rangers and accounts for the additional fuel required to visit these magnificent beasts in their extraordinary surroundings. Te resort operate all of the diving themselves in-house. In March 2018, the long-awaited dive centre, equipment room, and camera room opened and operated on-site. The resort have two speedboats and a dingy, and the boats are accessed from the resort's jetty, which has a lower platform for easy access in and out of the water

The resort aim to leave after breakfast each day at 7.30 am and enjoy 2 boat dives before returning to the resort for lunch. The rest of the day is at leisure for the guests to grab a tank and explore the amazing house reef. The afternoon of the first diving day is when the resort schedule the included divemaster-led orientation dive and after this, guests can enjoy at will unlimited unguided house reef diving or pay additional for a guided house reef day or night dive. How far to the best dive site? 1 minute – our house reef is INCREDIBLE! All the sites (5 minutes by boat to 1 hour by boat) are excellent, really.

The resort do 2 tank dives on the speedboat, the speedboat goes out once per day only. Guests can enjoy lunch when they return and do unlimited house reef dives in the afternoon/evening.

Yes, the resort do offer Nitrox. This can be arranged on-site for an additional cost per tank, subject to availability. the resort's  standard size is 12-litre tanks, and the resort have 2 x 15-litre tanks available to reserve (subject to availability).
