Costa Rica

Cocos Island offers some of the best diving in July due to the cooler waters bringing in rich nutrients and a vast amount of marine life. Seas can be a little challenging with the rains, choppy conditions, currents and temperature and the visibility does drop to 10-25m, but the diving is unforgettable.

Marine life at this time includes schooling hammerheads, whale sharks and manta rays along with the 27 endemic species found only in this remote location.

Galapagos

In July the Humboldt current brings in the cold water which is rich in nutrients and plankton and, as such, attracts even more marine life. Now is the time for whale sharks and manta rays so ideal for any divers wanting to visit this fantastic place. And there\'s always the amazing marine iguanas.
