The ideal time to dive in Komodo is between May and October, when the weather is dry and the seas are calm. Alor, known for its strong currents and vibrant coral reefs, is ideal for diving from April to November.
Raja Ampat and Halmahera are best explored between November and April, when conditions are favourable with warm waters and excellent visibility.
Bunaken's prime diving season runs from March to October, with abundant marine life and clear waters.
Lembeh, famous for its muck diving, can be visited all year round, but is particularly good during the dry season from May to October.
